Advisory Board

In addition to its internal membership the Centre has established an Advisory Board, namely:

• Mr Adair Dyer, former Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference.
• Mrs Margaret Killerby, Head of the Private and International Law Division, Directorate of Legal Affairs, Council of Europe.
• Mr Michael Nicholls of the Child Abduction Unit, London.
• Lord Justice Thorpe, Chair of the President's International Committee.
• Mr Hans van Loon, former Secretary-General of the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference.
• Mr John Watherston of the Lord Chancellor's Department, London.
