Introduction
Radoslaw holds a BA and MA in Political Science (specialization in European Studies) from Poland, LLM (European Legal Studies) and MSc (Socio-Legal Methodology) from Cardiff. He has also undertaken some studies at Oxford University and was a stagiaire in the European Union Committee of the Regions' Commission for Sustainable Development.
In 2007 Radek was awarded a 1+3 ESRC studentship to undertake his PhD in the Cardiff Law School and the interdisciplinary Centre for Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS). His thesis focuses on the Aarhus Convention concerning access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters.
