Introduction
Jung-Eun Kim focused her research interests on international fisheries laws and fisheries dispute settlement in two master studies in Fisheries Business Administration at Pukyong National University in Pusan, Korea and in Marine Affairs at University of Rhode Island in USA. Her research areas in the Institute of Maritime Affairs in Busan, Korea were varied from foreign fishing regulation to oil spil compensation of fisheries sector. Her research topic in Ph.D program at Cardiff Law School is the Establishment of High Seas Marine Protected Areas.
