Introduction
Lloyd was educated at Cardinal Newman R.C. School, Pontypridd, before going on to read law at Cardiff University.
He is currently in the first year of his PhD at Cardiff Law School, under the supervision of Professor Robert Lee. Lloyd’s doctorate thesis analyses the lenders role within land redevelopment.
