Introduction
LL.B. (Manchester). Ceri graduated in 1984 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1987. Upon qualification she joined Eversheds in Cardiff and became an associate in 1990. She specialised in corporate and commercial work including company and business sales and purchases, corporate finance, joint ventures, venture capital agreements and also a range of non-contentious commercial work include media and entertainment law and computer contracts.
From 1995 t0 2007 Ceri acted as a Legal Practice Course external examiner at various other LPC providers. She has also been a Law Society Assessor for the Legal Practice Course.
Ceri is the course leader for the core practice area Business Law and Practice and for the elective course in Mergers and Acquisitions.
