Publications

A number of important publications have been written by members of the Centre.  Authored books include Norman Doe’s The Legal Framework of the Church of England (Oxford University Press, 1996) and Canon Law in the Anglican Communion (Oxford University Press, 1998) Law and Religion in Europe (Oxford University Press, 2011), Mark Hill’s Ecclesiastical Law (3rd edn., Oxford University Press, 2007) and Russell Sandberg's Law and Religion (Cambridge University Press, 2011).

Centre members have edited a number of books, including the publications of the Colloquium of Anglican and Roman Catholic Canon Lawyers.

Centre members have written essays in several edited volumes, and over sixty articles, comments, and case notes in a range of journals, including Public Law, Cambridge Law Journal, Law Quarterly Review, Modern Law Review, Family Law, International Journal for the Study of the Christian Church and the Journal of Anglican Studies. Professor Mark Hill QC is the editor of the Ecclesiastical Law Journal whilst John Duddington is editor of Law and Justice.
