Centre Away Day

The Centre organises regular Away Days for its fellows and associates. Details of the most recent Away Day can be found below:

Centre Away Day (July 2007)

On 8-9th July 2007, thirteen members of the Centre for Law and Religion travelled to Brecon Cathedral for the inaugural annual Centre Away Day.

In addition to sessions examining the work and strategy of the Centre (in preparation for the Centre’s tenth anniversary in 2008), research papers were presented by Russell Sandberg, Norman Doe, Frank Cranmer, David Harte, Mark Hill, Javier Oliva, Michal Rynkowski and Augur Pearce.

The Centre members also attended a dinner hosted by the Bishop of Swansea and Brecon.

The Director of the Centre, Norman Doe, is extremely grateful to the members of the Centre for Law and Religion for their commitment to this project, not only over the last nine years but for their many exciting initiatives for the long-term.
