John Duddington

Occupation: John Duddington is editor of Law and Justice- the Christian Law Review and was, until his recent retirement, Head of the Law School at Worcester College of Technology where he still teaches part time. He is also a Fellow of Staffordshire University with which the Law School at Worcester enjoys close links.

Interests: John has published widely in the areas of property and employment law and it is this interest in employment law which has led him to investigate the civil law status of ministers of religion with an especial focus on employee rights. John delivers an annual paper on this topic to the LLM in Canon Law course at Cardiff University.
