Teaching
The Centre contributes to the Postgraduate Teaching and Learning Programme of Cardiff Law School. The LLM (Human Rights Law) can be studied full-time over one year, and the LLM (Legal Aspects of Medical Practice), the first course of its kind to be established in the UK, can be studied either full-time over one year or part-time over two years.
The Centre will also be launching a new LLM route in Social Care Law in September 2010.
Our LLM programmes are research-led, focussing not only on legal rules and concepts but also on historical, sociological, philosophical and comparative perspectives.
